Company Formation

Form a UK company with a verified provider.

We introduce you to properly authorised formation providers. We do not file at Companies House ourselves unless our ACSP status is AUTHORISED.

Two ways we can help

Both models are transparent — you know who's regulated for what.

Model A

Introducer model

We collect your requirements, obtain explicit consent to share your data, and refer you to an approved company-formation partner. You contract directly with them. We record the referral and any commission.

Model B

Integrated authorised provider

Where a formation partner offers an API, we display the legal provider name and terms before checkout. The partner handles identity verification and files the application on your behalf. We only store the minimum data required.

Our current ACSP status

Authorised Corporate Service Provider
NOT_AUTHORISED
Introducer model only

While our status is NOT_AUTHORISED, wording suggesting Ascend OS directly verifies identities or files as an authorised agent is disabled across the platform.

What we won't do

Nominee directors used to conceal beneficial ownership
False registered-office addresses or fake shareholders
Identity lending or temporary directorships for payment
Concealment of beneficial ownership
Fraudulent filings or misrepresentation to banks or Companies House
Circumvention of identity verification
Ascend OS is not affiliated with Companies House or the UK Government. Company formation is subject to acceptance by the formation provider and Companies House. Fees, timings and requirements vary by provider.
